DALLAS, Jan 3, 2007/ FR/ --- While the northern part of the U.S. experiences record snowstorms, the southern part of the country enjoys a balmy winter. So, no matter where you live, the thought of spring makes one hopeful, and of course think of what to wear during Spring Break.
